One Place Family Justice Center – One Place FJC is a safe place where victims can go to plan for their safety, have an advocate, talk with a police officer, meet with a prosecutor, receive medical assistance, obtain information on shelters and sexual assault services. (Located in Montgomery)

NEWS Safe House (Nurturing, Empowerment, Worth, Safety)The NEWS Safe House is a safe, confidential house located in a residential neighborhood.  It is a real home with a beautiful kitchen, private bedrooms and bathrooms, indoor and outdoor play areas for children, and a cozy family room where clients can relax or hold family meetings.  NEWS staff is there around the clock to work with clients on individualized plans to find resources for a future free of violence. San Diego Family Justice Center – The San Diego Family Justice Center is a unique and safe place where victims of domestic violence are our highest priority. We are committed to providing victims and their children the help they need to break the cycle of family violence that so often damages and destroys families. We are here to help stop domestic violence in the families of San Diego County. (Located in San Diego)

One Safe Place – One SAFE Place provides legal services, safety, and emotional support to intimate partners, children, and seniors affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. (Located in Redding)

The Rose Emergency Shelter for Women & Children – Provides a Christian-based ministry facility housing up to 18 single women and three women with children for 30 days. Offers open year round, 24 hours per day with no waiting list and a Zero tolerance of drugs, alcohol or violence. (Located in Santa Rosa)

Homes of Hope – Homes of Hope is a volunteer-led program run by the St. Joseph County Family Justice Center.  Members of the community identified a need for housing for those who are in abusive relationships but who do not qualify for housing in a traditional shelter. (Located in South Bend/St Joseph County)

New Hope – We provide women, men, and children safe haven in New Hope’s two confidential emergency shelters. While at the shelter, clients receive crisis intervention, counseling, economic literacy training, financial advocacy and case management, including a housing plan. Other serves available as well. (Located in/Serving the following counties: Bristol, Norfolk, Plymouth, Worcester)

Bridges to Safety – Bridges to Safety is domestic abuse service center located in St. Paul, Minnesota. We serve victims/surivors of domestic violence from Ramsey County. We are a program of the Partnership for Domestic Abuse Services, a collaborative of 18 member agencies. Bridges to Safety is not a battered women’s shelter. However, we are partners with all of the battered women’s shelter programs in Ramsey County. If you need emergency shelter, we will work with our partners to find you, and your children, safe shelter. (Located in Ramsey County/St. Paul)

Women’s Advocates – Women’s Advocates’ shelter availability changes frequently. If you are in need of safety, call our 24/7 crisis line (651-227-8284) – our staff will be able to help and find you the resources you need. Even if you don’t meet Women’s Advocates’ shelter eligibility requirements below, call the crisis line for immediate assistance, resources, and referrals. (Located in St Paul)

Alexandra House – operates a 24-hour domestic and sexual violence emergency shelter and can accommodate up to 35 women and children at one time. All basic needs are provided for including food, toiletries, clothing, linens, diapers, and laundry facilities. We work with each client on an individual basis to help meet their needs. (Located in Blaine)

Sojourner – The Shelter is a secure, temporary emergency residence for women and their children, unsafe in their own homes due to violence and abuse.  The Shelter provides programming and services designed to promote healing and assist residents with personal planning to achieve increased safety for themselves and their children. Support and life skill groups, children’s programming, transportation assistance enhance individualized case management services. Transition support is also available to assist residents as they re-enter the community. (Located in Hopkins, MN)

 – offers shelter and support services for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, elder abuse and homelessness. The services and support programs are delivered to the community in a variety of formats ranging from shelter and housing to support groups and legal advocacy. (Located in Port Huron)

Destiny House – The Destiny House is a FREE 12 month program that was founded to help women who are looking for the opportunity to escape from and reestablish their lives outside of the sex industry (commercial sexual exploitation/sex trafficking). Our program consists of customized case planning that focuses on the whole person: emotional, mental, spiritual, relational and physical healing.

Women Rising – WomenRising is the State of New Jersey’s designated provider for Hudson County’s domestic violence programming. For over 30 years, WomenRising has provided direct, immediate and comprehensive access to services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for women and children victimized by domestic violence. Safe Horizon – Safe Horizon is a victim assistance nonprofit that has been standing with victims of violence and abuse in New York City since 1978. We provide assistance, advocacy and support to victims who have experienced domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, youth homelessness and other crimes. Women’s Resource Centeran organization dedicated to supporting individuals who have experienced violence in the Cleveland County community. With specialized services catered to domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking, WRC continues to refocus objectives to adapt to the diverse, changing needs of the community. There is no cost to any of WRC’s services. You do not have to be a resident of the shelter to receive services from WRC. (Located in Norman, OK)

Lutheran Community Services Northwest – Our caring, professional staff provide a broad range of services to adults, teens, children, families, schools, congregations, businesses and communities across Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

The Gateway Center for Domestic Violence Servicesis open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm for walk-in, drop-in advocacy and services. Once the participant has checked in with the front desk, the participant is then connected with a Navigator (advocate). The Navigator listens to the participant and works with the participant to personalize and develop a safety plan, discuss options and resources for their situation. The Navigator may also connect the participant with the necessary service providers on-site that the participant may want to have more information about. (Located in Portland)

Alleghany Link – The mission of the Allegheny Link is to simplify and streamline access to services and supports in an effort to help individuals and families maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. Includes women who are pregnant, or parents and caregivers of children to six years of age – get referrals to home-visiting programs. (Alleghany County)

Covenant House Crisis Center – Our 76-bed Crisis Center houses young men and women, some with babies or young children. In addition to our three residential floors, the building houses a team that assists with going to college and finding a job, a first-class clinic, a street outreach team, pastoral ministry, and a cafeteria. (Located in Philadelphia)

Covenant House Rights of Passage is a 20-bed program comprised of 10, two-bedroom apartment units that residents share.The staff offices are on-site to provide case management and supervision. (Located in Philadelphia)

Covenant House Sanctuary Drop-In Center – Our Sanctuary Drop-In center in York serves the at-risk youth of the region with vital services that include: basic needs (food, clothing, and showers), educational and vocational services, outreach, and case management.Staff can refer youth to additional local resources such as physical and mental health services, drug and alcohol counseling, and legal services. (Located in York)

Abuse and Rape Crisis Center – Assistance is available to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault 24 hours a day. Services include: emergency housing, counseling legal advocacy, and more. (Located in Towanda/Bradford County)

Sullivan County Victim ServicesServices include: emergency housing, counseling, protection orders, accompaniment, and more. The hotline number is 1-800-894-3706. (Located in Sullivan County)

Nurse Family Partnership – Nurse-Family Partnership’s maternal health program introduces vulnerable first-time parents to caring maternal and child health nurses. This program allows nurses to deliver the support first-time moms need to have a healthy pregnancy, become knowledgeable and responsible parents, and provide their babies with the best possible start in life. (Serves Bradford, Tioga, and Sullivan counties)

The Endless Mountains Pregnancy Care Center – is a locally organized, non-profit organization, which provides alternatives to abortion for women and their families. EMPCC is governed by a board of directors made up of individuals from Bradford County. Our Executive Director manages a staff of well-trained volunteers who offer peer counseling with women and their families over the phone and in personal meetings at our two locations.  EMPCC is here to help women and families make healthy choices regarding issues of pregnancy as well as help provide practical help prior to and after delivery. (Located in Sayre, Canton, and Towanda)

Day One – Whether you are in need of help right away, need support during legal processes, want to assist a family member, or simply have some questions, Day One offers you many options. We have advocates available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, who are standing by and are ready to listen to you and get you the aid you need. Day One has Trauma-Informed Treatment, which is a thorough assessment of your needs and a plan for how to help you. Our Children’s Advocacy Center is nationally accredited, and we will tailor our services to fit every person who reaches out to us. (Located in Providence)

Family Justice Center – If you or someone you know is a victim of domestic violence, help is available. The Knoxville Family Justice Center is a safe place with caring and trained staff available to help victims of domestic violence and their children. (Located in Knoxville)

Houston Area Women’s Center – helps individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence in their efforts to move their lives forward. We provide shelter, counseling and advocacy to support them in building lives free from the effects of violence. (Located in Houston)

Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery – We understand that parenting is a difficult job, and we want to help. The Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery is a safe, confidential place for anyone who may be experiencing a crisis and needs a helping hand. What is the definition of “crisis”?  Anything that keeps you from taking care of your child as well as you would like.
